  • From forms on the site, if you fill them in: your name, email, and company or brand website.
  • When you visit the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source and cookies. This data is collected by Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. Yandex Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor) records actions on pages: clicks, scrolling and cursor movement.

We do not ask for health data, religious or political views, or other special categories of data. Please do not send them to us.

Why we use it

  • to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
  • to prepare a proposal and a contract;
  • to understand how people use the site and improve it;
  • to meet legal requirements.

We do not send newsletters without your separate consent. We do not sell data.

Legal basis

When you message us or submit a form, we process your data to reply to you. If we start working together, the data is needed to enter into and perform a contract. Analytics is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site works and keeping it secure.

Processing follows Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326. For visitors from the EU and the UK, we apply the GDPR and UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f).

The services above may store data in other countries, including the US, the EU and Russia. The European Commission recognizes Argentina as providing an adequate level of data protection. Other transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and other safeguards used by these services.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiries and correspondence while we are in discussion or working together, and for up to 3 years after the last contact. If you ask, we will delete it sooner, except for data we must keep by law. Analytics data is kept according to the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics settings.

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies (to run the site and the form) and analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics). You can turn cookies off in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
