SKRRR.agency joined the launch of a new business direction for FindMyKids: the company was moving from a digital product to a physical device and opening a new sales channel on Amazon. It was a concept-to-launch project with significant product and operational complexity.

Challenge

Develop the brand’s first wearable product and launch a new Amazon sales channel alongside an already strong digital business.
What we did
We supported the project end to end, from market analysis and product research to product preparation, QA, certification, and market launch. We participated in defining device requirements, coordinated product, marketing, and technical teams, supported device and firmware testing, and then launched the listing and operational processes on Amazon.
Result
The brand successfully launched its kids’ GPS smartwatch category on Amazon US and brought its first wearable device to market. The project helped translate strong digital expertise into a physical product and opened a new e-commerce sales channel. The broader business base included 55M+ downloads, 60 languages, 175 countries, and 4M+ MAU.
