Challenge

Launch the brand’s DTC ecosystem from the ground up and create an operating model that could support long-term growth.
What we did
We launched three sales channels: an international Shopify store, a local website for the Russian market, and a marketplace presence. At the same time, we helped build the operating e-commerce team and synchronized the work of 30+ specialists across e-commerce, web development, support, logistics, fulfillment, product, marketing, legal, and creative.
Result
All three channels were launched in under 90 days. The brand generated mid-six-figure revenue in USD in the very first month of sales and built a cross-border logistics infrastructure with delivery to 100+ countries. After launch, the internal team received a ready-to-scale operating model.

Why it matters
