What we did

In parallel, we set up e-commerce analytics, management reporting, and supported the business’s digital transformation, including its move toward Shopify.
Result
The client achieved sustainable double-digit growth in online sales and profit, significantly increased the revenue contribution of email marketing, improved analytics visibility, and reduced part of its cost base through process and role optimization across internal teams and external partners.
